Beyond the Verses

My home is filled with reminders. I have one about singing and dancing and then more soulful ones like: Your Will Lord. 

I need to remind myself of truths and promises, because as much as we crave the perfect life, we know it's far from that. No one is immune to pain - it just may look different for each of us.

I've created new pieces from my favorite verses, but if we dig deeper than the romantic verse, we learn about a faith that is deeply secure in rich soil. If we dig deeper, we will read accounts from men and women who literally faced death and still repeated, it is well with my soul. 

In the next few weeks, I will highlight each verse that I've created a print or art from in hopes to cultivate a faith that can't be shaken.
